After more than six years' absence, I am returning to this blog on this US Memorial Day. In the days, weeks and months to come, I want to show some of images captured during the past six years. 
Back in 2009, I was working on a project documenting celebrations at Mountain View Cemetery, Vancouver, BC.
Volunteers created decorations and put on the make up and costumes for the celebration event.
